Designing for people's well being is like a game of chess. The designer and the surrounding challenges equally compete with each other to create a 'space'. We overcome the brutal challenges of the present, past and the future. Its like solving the puzzle of madness.

The 'Kanchanjunga Apartments' inspires us to have such habitable spaces that's has challenged and caters all the odds. Kanchanjanga is a clear example of response to the culture, the urbanism and the climatic conditions. The living volumes, external earth filled Terraces enabled the building to shield the Mumbai sun and monsoon rain. The interlocking of units and connectivity of levels vertically and horizontally makes the structure unique, out standing and inspiring for the coming generation.
